Worldwide leading in 3. generation

Benefit from the strength of one of the world's leading hygiene companies: with over 75 years of experience in the manufacture of autoclaves and more than 700,000 devices sold worldwide, SteriHero as a brand of MELAG stands for the highest quality, innovation and reliability. The Gebauer family has been running the company since it was founded in 1951, and is now in its third generation - with the brothers Sebastian Gebauer and Dr Niklas Gebauer now in charge.

World-class quality - made in Germany

Robust and reliable, like a true superhero: Because we know that an autoclave must never fail. That's why SteriHero is manufactured in the heart of Berlin, where quality becomes a legend. Every SteriHero autoclave is designed and manufactured with heroic precision, exceeding even the highest industry standards. Our mission? Your safety! SteriHero uses only tested components of the highest quality in an uncompromising production and quality control process. Every SteriHero autoclave undergoes a multi-day endurance and stress test - a tough test that only the best pass.

Outstanding price-performance ratio

Not one reason in favour of SteriHero, but two: Price and performance! Because SteriHero wants to make practice hygiene affordable. That's why we offer state-of-the-art autoclaves at attractive prices. This makes us the perfect partner for podiatry, veterinary medicine, cosmetic and tattoo studios: Challenge accapted!

Your area of expertise, our specialty

We at SteriHero understand that true heroes wear more than just capes. That's why we're here to support you in your podiatry or veterinary practice. Our commitment? A range of cost-effective and safe solutions, customised for your practice hygiene. Because your patients deserve the best - and and so do you!

Heroic service in your region

Saves your device. And your day. Because every hero needs a reliable sidekick, we bring you dedicated local contacts for all your questions and authorized technicians for maintenance and service. This ensures your clinic or studio stays unstoppable every day. With SteriHero at your side, you’ll never face a challenge alone.

Heroically digital – brilliantly paperless

The reversal of the burden of proof requires comprehensive documentation of the sterilisation process. With ProSign, you can approve batches quickly, digitally and directly on the display – without any additional paperwork or extra costs. If an optional MELAprint 80 label printer is connected to the autoclave, you can then easily print barcode labels for the traceable identification of the instruments – including the batch number, shelf life and other relevant batch information.

Stress-free sterilisation at last

Our previous autoclave from a different brand was often faulty. Since we started using the SteriHero Speed+, everything has been running reliably - which reduces stress enormously. Whether tattoo handles, piercing jewellery or instruments - the Speed+ enables reliable hygiene in my studio. If you are looking for an efficient, space-saving and, above all, reliable sterilisation solution, the SteriHero Speed+ autoclave is the right choice.

I can wholeheartedly recommend these products—they’re simple, reliable, and really do the job. Plus, they look great, and in the beauty industry, that’s the kind of detail that makes all the difference!

I chose the Melag SteriHero autoclave for my studio and I am convinced that it was one of the best decisions for my work. 🫶

I already work as a master manicurist and pedicurist, and my training as a podiatrist is just beginning. That's why the sterility of my instruments is my top priority. The autoclave performs a complete sterilisation cycle quickly and reliably, saves me time in my day-to-day work and allows me to schedule appointments clearly Yes, the device is not cheap, but I love it as my best assistant. 😊🩷

It gives me security, protects my health and that of my customers and strengthens confidence in my studio right from the start! 🖤🖤🖤
