Where skin contact counts, class B is standard.
Hygiene is a top priority for customers, especially in beauty salons: a class B beauty autoclave is a clear advantage for your salon - creating trust and protecting customers in equal measure: class B autoclaves are considered the highest level of steam sterilisation. The fractionated vacuum process of the SteriHero Speed+ ensures reliable reprocessing of wrapped and unwrapped tools - such as pore tools, tweezers or microneedling attachments.
Beauty salons often work with a manageable number of tools. This is exactly where the SteriHero Speed+ unfolds its full potential: the compact 5-litre chamber with space for up to two trays offers sufficient capacity for typical beauty tools.
Thanks to its slim device width of just 30 cm and the sophisticated plug-and-play concept, the SteriHero Speed+ can be flexibly integrated wherever sterilisation is required in everyday studio work.
The programmes of the SteriHero Speed+
Universal B programme (134 °C)The Universal B programme is the versatile standard programme for everyday studio use. It is suitable for solid tools, tools with narrow lumens and complex hollow objects - wrapped or unwrapped. Textile materials such as small towels or sterile containers can also be safely sterilised at 134 °C with a plateau time of 5:30 minutes. Short running times and integrated drying support time-saving processes in the beauty parlour.
Quick S programme (134 °C)The Quick S programme offers a particularly time-efficient solution for making your tools available again quickly in everyday studio work. It is suitable for simple solid tools and simple hollow bodies, such as PMU handpieces or microneedling systems, which are sterilised without packaging. At134 °C with a plateau time of 3:30 minutes, the programme enables very short cycle times and supports a smooth process with a high frequency of appointments.
Gentle B programme (121 °C)The Gentle B programme is perfect for temperature-sensitive materials. Plastic or rubber components as well as delicate textiles can be sterilised at 121 °C and a plateau time of 20:30 minutes in a particularly gentle way - whether wrapped or unwrapped. Ideal for beauty and cosmetics studios that want to preserve delicate tools in the long term while ensuring the highest standards of hygiene.
PrionB programme (134 °C)The prion B programme is used for applications with increased sterilisation requirements. With an extended plateau time of 20:30 minutes at 134 °C, it helps to reduce the risk of prion transmission. This is particularly relevant for studios that have to comply with national or institutional hygiene requirements.
The programme selection is supplemented by integrated tests: a weekly vacuum test checks the tightness of the system, while the Bowie-Dick test checks reliable steam penetration.
